Tourist Travel Requirements for a Algeria Visa for Canadian Citizens

1. Passport

   You must provide your actual signed passport, including one copy of the personal information page of your passport. Your passport must:

   • Be valid for the next six months
   • Have at least one blank visa page. Amendments and endorsement pages cannot be used to fulfill this requirement
   • Not be frayed, torn, separating, or altered in any other way

2. Photographs

   You must provide three colour, passport type photographs that meet the following criteria:

   • Be taken within the last three months and printed on high quality photo paper
   • Be taken against an all white background free of shadows
   • Be 51 mm by 51 mm in size
   • Provide the full frontal view of your head with your face centered in the middle and displaying a neutral (non-smiling) expression
   • You may wear neither glasses nor headwear except for religious purposes
   • Your photos should not be affixed to your application and they may not display evidence of adhesive or staples

3. Visa Application Form

   You must provide three fully completed visa application forms. The application forms must:

   • Include answers for all fields. If something does not apply, enter "N/A"
   • Display your full name as it appears in your passport
   • Be signed
   • Be typed. No handwritten applications will be accepted

4. VisaConnection Order Form

   You must provide one completed VisaConnection Order Form. The form must:

   • Include a valid email address and payment information
   • Include your signature in blue or black ink

5. Hotel Confirmation

   You must provide a confirmation of your hotel accommodations. Your confirmation must:
   

   • Include your intended dates of stay
   • Show your full name

6. Travel Health Insurance

   You must provide proof of travel health insurance. This is normally purchased through a travel agent or agency. Your travel insurance must:

   • Cover your entire stay
   • If applying for a multiple entry visa, you will need to provide travel health insurance that covers the entire length of the validity of your visa.

7. Minor Applicants Under the Age of 18

   Please note the following requirements for minors only:

   • A copy of the traveler's birth certificate
   • A copy of both parents' IDs
